National Deviled Egg Day Recipes

I could not find any documentation confirming “National Deviled Egg Day” to be a “National” day.  There are no congressional records or presidential proclamations. The earliest mention on google search was February 2005 and still no confirmation as a true national deviled egg day.

Just the same, deviled eggs are a worldwide favorite food and deviled egg recipes have been around since the 18th century. I have found over 100 National Deviled Egg Day Recipes.
