Cajun Crawfish Bisque

 

Cajun Crawfish Bisque Recipe Ingredients
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 stick butter
1 lb crawfish tails
1 pt half and half
8 oz cream cheese, cut up in chunks
2 can(s) whole kernel corn (drained)
2 can(s) cream of potato soup
Tony Chachere’s to taste

Cajun Crawfish Bisque Recipe Directions
Saute’ chopped onions in butter.
Add crawfish, cook about 3 – 5 minutes.
Add and blend in the half & half.
Add cream cheese, corn, potato soup.
Cook until cream cheese is melted, add Tony’s to season.
Serve with salad and bread.
